Resin packing pressure and flask clamping prevent resin base porosity, shrinkage depression, artificial tooth displacement and uneven base thickness. Constant even pressure expels monomer bubbles during acrylic polymerization. Insufficient clamping force causes resin flash and tooth floating; overpressure fractures gypsum molds and leads to marginal material shortage, independent of water bath curing procedures.Flask gypsum must fully harden before dewaxing. Mold cavities are coated with separating agent and dried to form an intact film before packing acrylic resin dough. Resin consistency is controlled to late dough stage: overly fluid resin causes excessive flash, while rigid resin leads to incomplete compaction and internal voids. Pre-clamping for 3 minutes after packing distributes resin evenly and eliminates large trapped bubbles.Uniform hydraulic pressure settings: 0.5MPa for complete denture flasks, 0.35MPa for partial framework dentures, with sustained bolt tightening to maintain stable pressure. Excess flash along flask seams is wiped away to prevent hardened flash blocking flask opening.Post-curing flask opening inspection confirms bubble-free base, undisplaced artificial teeth and shrinkage-free flange contour. Stable packing pressure ensures dense acrylic bases, reducing base fracture risk and bacterial malodor caused by internal voids.
