Indications.
1. Fluorosis, discoloration, tetracycline stained teeth, conical teeth, enamel underdevelopment, etc., the patient has aesthetic durability requirements.
2. The anterior teeth with large defects or multiple defects of crowns and defects of incisal edges and incisal corners, which are not suitable for filling treatment or have poor retention and resistance after filling treatment.
3. Misplaced, twisted teeth affect the aesthetics, not suitable for orthodontic treatment.
4. Porcelain fixed bridge abutment retainer.
5. Where the posterior casting full crown indications, the patient requires aesthetic, can be considered metal porcelain crown restoration.
Contraindication
1. Severe deep compound tooth combination, to the edge, the bite is tight and can not be prepared for a sufficient gap.
2. The tooth body is too small to obtain sufficient retention and resistance.
3. The living pulp teeth of baby teeth and young permanent teeth are not fully developed, with high pulp angle and large pulp cavity.
